Overall a great experience! I highly recommend JEANNA M! She worked with me from start to finish. She is a master at her craft! My vehicle is perfect and I couldn't ask for a better experience. She put a few concerns to rest by resolving them IMMEDIATELY! 1, While running my credit She asked me (with genuine concern) what was my budget. 2,After finance came back with an approval, she sat me down explained how much I was approved for. 3, Not one time did I ever feel like I was just a sale. Even though she was juggling 2 other people. 4,after the approval process was done, she gave me a list of vehicles that included milage, year, make, model, Vin, and asking price to ensure that I stayed within the budget/monthly payment I wanted to be in. 5, She allowed me to test drive my vehicle AND take it for a pre purchase inspection. (No issues. A good solid vehicle.) 6, She reminded me that there is a down payment option where they will hold the vehicle for 30 days, so that even though it is tax time, I don't have to exhaust all my funds at once. (I opted for to exersise this choice) She CLEARLY outlined the terms of my loan AND warranty. 8, she THROUGHLY EXPLAINED EVERY PIECE OF PAPER THAT I SIGNED AND WHY MY SIGNATURE WAS REQUIRED. While this is my first expierence with IAF, based on her behaivior it wont be my last. We all know about buy here pay here lots and the finance companies that run them. That being said, DO YOUR RESEARCH! ASK QUESTIONS. NOT EVERY EXPERENCE IS GOING TO BE GREAT BUT YOU CAN MAKE IT DECENT BY STAYIMG INFORMED. MY CREDIT IS "OK" and i chose IAF because when i went to carmax they approved me for the same dollar amount, but smaller car and higher down payment/higher interest rate. That equals a bigger monthly note. Even though the rate is elevated its not terrible. If you can afford to do so, get a aftermarket warranty for added protection. Your monthly payments will be in line with your paydays so if you can pay a little extra, it. Will help in the long run. AND WHATEVER YOU DO KEEP FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE!! IM 37 AND 19YEAR OLD ME WILL ATTEST TO THE BENEFIT OF IT. Again great experience! Vehicle has low miles for the year make and model, and great saleswoman!
